About Me

My Background

I bring more than 20 years of combined playing and coaching experience in baseball. My playing career included three years at Clemson University before being selected in the second round (71st overall) of the MLB Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals. I went on to play nine years of professional baseball, including time with the Cardinals and Detroit Tigers organizations, the Long Island Ducks, winter league baseball in Puerto Rico and Mexico, and the World Baseball Classic.

Over the past 12 years, I've coached at the collegiate level, with stops at Clemson University, Florida Southern College, Florida Atlantic University, and most recently, five seasons as the Pitching Coach at the University of Florida. My coaching career has centered on athlete development, pitching, mentorship, recruiting, and helping players navigate the demands of high-level competition.
